Returns, Refunds & Disputes

Due to the nature of our products:

• We do not accept returns or refunds for:
  • Change of mind
  • Misinterpretation or lack of understanding of research protocols
  • Assumptions regarding vial size, dilution, or product presentation
• Any issue or concern with an order must be raised with us directly prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, to allow us the opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
• Where a return is approved at our discretion, it will only apply to unused and unopened products, returned in original condition.
• Failure to contact us prior to lodging a dispute may be taken into account when responding to payment provider investigations.
